Construction Crew

Incumbent will serve as an on-site working crew leader in the area of store construction and remodel. 

- Supervise crew members while doing hands on construction/remodel work

- Participates in the hands on construction/remodel of locations in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, concrete and foundation, finish work, and wiring (under the direct supervision of a licensed electrician)

- Communicates directly with store and operational staff concerning the project

- Assists in determining tools, equipment and construction materials needed on site to complete goals/projects as assigned

- High School diploma or equivalent required

- At least 5 years experience with hands on construction work/supervision, or a combination of education and experience

- Must have strong technical aptitude and mechanical ability

- Ability to supervise people while doing hands on contruction/remodel work

- Technical school training preferred

- Journeyman status in the area(s) of carpentry, plumbing and/or HVAC preferred
