Food Service Managers assist our Store Managers with important duties, as well as managing those who come in contact with our valued customers to deliever our mission statement: "Country Fair Cares - about its Customers, its Team and its Community".
The Food Service Department Manager shares responsibility for the departments operation with store management. The Food Service Manager will be responsible for directing personnel and performing all the duties required to satisfy the customer.
Starting Rate: $24.00 per hour
- To greet, satisfactorily serve, and thank the customers for shopping at our store.
- To operate safely, efficiently and ensure all personnel are instructed in the store in a manner that conforms to company policy.
- To maintain a clean and sanitary work area and establish complete cleaning schedule
- To maintain proper sanitation in compliance with Country Fair policies, Health Department regulations and other governmental agencies.
- To satisfactorily complete all of the company's training programs (Food Service, Sales Associate and Department of Health) and attend periodic meetings as required.
- Making sure all products are coded, rotated, and have the proper date, time. and initials.
- Supervise and help maintain Country Fair Food Service programs including freshness, product availability, coding, temperatures and sanitation by reviewing throughout the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of customer service/supervisory experience in a retail service or fast food environment
